See, I don't think Casey will react that way. Yeah, he can come off as a jerk sometimes, but I honestly don't see him just brushing April off like that. Yeah, he could be hurt that she didn't tell him, but considering some of the reactions he's had to things, I don't think he'll totally dismiss her as a friend or whatever. I do think he may be weirded out though.

Maybe when Casey finds out he'll just 'pull an April' and need time to go think about it a while/get over it. And consider his own prior words that sometimes things are just out of our control. Unless he's a complete twit, I'd hope it should be understandable that someone might just want to hide something like that, and/or prefer to exist in denial.

This. He's still a bit iffy on the whole mutant thing, despite Raph being his best bud and all. But with a guy like Casey, I can definitely see him be like," a mutant best friend is one thing, but the thought of kissing a mutant, I don't know if that's one bridge I can cross or not". More than likely, he's going to say something stupid and get smacked up side the head by Raph for saying it.

Yep, me too. Raph's smacks are the funniest. But, they have to be within a good context. I just don't like it when he randomly clunks someone upside the head for nothing. But damn, in Cockroach Terminator, the scene where he goes "I heard a fwap!" Mikey and Donnie were like "a fwap?" Then Raph smacks both of them in one swing and goes "fwap" the whole family about died laughing. Simply because we pretty much did the same thing when we were kids.

As much as I enjoyed the show in Season 1, there are too many spins, especially April being a mutant/kraang. I just can't get into it. I tried watching the latest episodes, but it seems she outshines the Turtles. She could have easily just been trained by Splinter and help fight with the Turtles, no problem. Maybe I'm too connected with the original story lines, even though they weren't exactly the same. But the fact that April is much more powerful then the Turtles makes me see the show as "Teenage Mutant Ninja April", since everything about the show seems to revolve around her and where she came from. She can easily wipe out the Turtles if she wanted to. I don't know, I just stopped enjoying it after it was known she wasn't human. That's just my opinion about April and the direction the show is taking.

But she's not in all of the episodes so she doesn't really outshine them that much anyway. Sure, now she's going to be featured more at the beginning of season 3, but after they go to New York again, I'm sure it'll just pick up with the Turtles being the main focus.

Reading the synopsis of the upcoming "Buried Secrets" episode, not even sure what to think.

Why and how would that even be there. Perhaps April's mother was also a hybrid or something bad happened and something was done to try to save April and not all of these aliens were bad, but the bad Kraang took over?

You kidding? Casey is all for the crazy life, if he knew April was a mutant/alien, he'd just be like "Wicked genes Red!" or something like that

("who wants to be normal" right?)

He wouldn't even remotely care, but I think April might over think what HE thinks.

Guy if what Kraang Prime said in the season finale is true wouldn't that make April superhuman? Not really sure if she should still be consider mutant.
