Ohhhh storm owl is a char from megaman x4...nope, never played it, only played megaman 8, megaman x 1 and some of the nes megamans...

i have all megaman games... at least for NES and SNES, but never heard of Megaman 8. i heard of megaman 1-6 on NES... Megaman 7 on SNES, then Megaman X - X4 on SNES.
