I agree! That would've been very, very bad. He needs to be more careful.
*sigh*
Kids these days....

Why in my day...heh heh heh

BTW, Hot Topic is currently selling TMNT t-shirts. They've got about 3 designs and they're all the cartoon style. They also have a couple with just the cartoon logo on it.

BTW Kali, I'm one of those salesclerk/ear piercers (not at Hot Topic!). If I ever wanted more holes in my ear I'd be careful about where I went. Our store didn't do piercing for a LONG time because the guns kept jamming. There's nothing quite like standing there with your gun attached to someone's ear because it didn't release completely.

Suffice to say, I'm quite hesitant to resume piercing again.

Mmm... I am not holey for those reasons, I guess!

I do have a bo-staff and a boken too. Have no idea how to use the boken, it's just a costume prop. But I learned some basics with the Bo. And I learned it's not wise to practice with one in a small apartment! Nearly poked a hole in the TV, and then later in a friendly sparring match with my friend, we knocked the phone and a picture frame from the table (I think we have that on tape!)

I have one of those! And there are more than just three, I think. I've seen at least six. And hats, and stickers, and patches.

Actually, I want to get pierced again, even after that incident. One day I was just standing in this outdoor mall and thought, "I want to pierce my ears again." Just a spur of the moment thing, and I would have except there was no place there that did it.

And I've seen the prices at professional places! $45!, though I think it includes the jewelry.

Ehh.. bright, colorful, toony shirts at Hot Topic don't impress me though... I miss the ones they first came out with! The Comic images on black baby tees...*sniff* I only got one of those.

Still want to get those little Turtle beanie baby things ppl were raving about. All of the Hot Topics stores here were sold out by the time I heard of them.

Pity me...

Man, I used to have two TMNT t-shirts that I treasured. Both of them had the 'toon version of the turtles. Maybe it's time for me to pay Hot Topic a friendly little visit...I may even get to suplex someone on my way there!

I've still got bunches of old TMNT clothes we found around the house.

Like from way back in the day. None of it fits me anymore, but they're still neat to look at.

Ah, the memories! Cool scans, dudette. My cousin actually had a shirt with the same design as the one you bought from Hot Topic. Weird, eh? Maybe Hot Topic is just recycling designs....Anyway, now I want a TMNT shirt, too!
*starts jumping up and down*
I want a shirt! Me! Want! Shirt!
*hits his head on the ceiling, and falls flat on his shell*
Ahhhhh......shell shock.

Save up dude, they're like $18 a pop. I made myself a logo shirt for just half that much. I really have to get my Raph Fan T-shirt design down on paper, or fabric as the case may be.

Eighteen green ones?! Wow. Are they trying to cash in on nostalgic turtleholics, or are they aware of the Turtles revival?? Looks like I'll be shelling out some dough the next time I wander into a Hot Topic.

Hot Topic is a rather expensive store. They're a specialty store, and everything costs mucho bucks.

Ya, I remember wanting to buy a Sloth (from the Goonies) shirt. It was the same Superman design that he wore near the end of the movie. I think it was over twenty bucks. I never did get that t-shirt... But you're right about Hot Topic selling specialty items. Not many stores still sell TMNT merchandise, or even Goonies related t-shirts.

What do I collect? Let's see, apart from dust I collect anything to Do with Jackie Chan, Chinese Dragons, anything with cute ducks or parrots on it. Lots of turtle stuff.

Maybe that's why people think I am weird and cross the street to avoid me. Maybe a garbble to much turtle and parrot talk. Or it could be that my daughter has ADHD.

Oh hey! I'm a big fan of Jackie Chan! I like Jet Li's stuff, too. What's your favorite Jackie Chan movie? I'd have to go with Young Master. If you haven't seen this one yet, I highly recommend it!

I really like Jet Li! My favorite movie of his has just been released on DVD. I probably won't be buying it though. They changed the title from "The New Legend of Shaolin" to "Legend of the Red Dragon", and the DVD has dubbed voices. Part of the fun of the original movie was the cheesy subtitles. Stuff like the characters talking about how much they like chicken ass. I doubt the dubbed version has them saying "chicken ass".

I don't think I've ever seen a Jet Li movie. I'm a big fan of Jackie Chan, though.
