So has anyone who got notice that the remainder of their NECA 2012 order has shipped but got a duplicated tracking number from the first half actually receive that second shipment yet?

Wow. Yeah the shell shouldn't be glued -- from what I've seen, there's supposed to be a moving upper torso joint (that's not all that useful). So he should be able to straighten up. If they glued it, that sucks.

But the worst thing IMO is that cracked bicep. That Mikey needs to be returned pronto.

I only got Shredder and Michelangelo and the the second email with the same tracking and nothing shipped yet

It's too much hassle to return it. I'm not in the same country. I'll have to keep it, and if I happen to see another later more locally, buy it again.

EDIT-

I saw no harm in shooting NECA customer service an email, but based on their reputation I won't hold my breath.
Mentioned the shared tracking on multiple shipments thing too, but based on how long it took Mike to arrive the rest of them aren't overdue yet.

To their credit, NECA customer service did reply to me.

On Mikey, they gave me an email equivalent to "Please hold".

But with the tracking issue, they said there was an error and none of the rest of the set have shipped yet. When they do they will get a new tracking number.

Doesn't instill the most confidence, but I guess I just need to wait a little longer.

Last night my UPS account populated a new “label Printed” tracking number from NECA. I only have the second half of the 2012 turtles order pending from them, so I’m assuming it’s that. I have not received an updated email from NECA and my NECA order page still shows the duplicated tracking number for the second shipment.

I received my Turtles + Shredder package and then about two hours later received an e-mail from NECA telling me my order had shipped. Ah well, at least I got what I ordered.

Had word back from NECA. Seems like a standard non-committal response of "if we come across replacement parts we will send them out to you, but we can't promise a timeline", which, based on the problem being with the actual core of the figure, has me thinking I'm being fobbed off and nothing more will be done. They DID issue a partial refund, tho.

I need to reply for a follow-up on the tracking for the rest as well.

I think NECA is becoming more and more like Sideshow - take the money and run while operating under the cover of "these are limited pieces so we can't do anything about it".

Leo, Donnie and Raph came Tuesday. No notice from NECA at all lol. I knew something was coming because I get UPS notifications at my address, but it just said it was from “Shiping Department” from somewhere in Wisconsin that I was unfamiliar with.

Kinda sloppy, but they advertised Q4 and I got all 5 before November. Now for the Image turtles, Bodycount Casey and “Mercenary” Karai…

The rest of the turtles arrived today, just giving them a once over.

Leonardo seems fine, which was the one that had me most worried since reviews all seem to have issues with the scabbard. Wish he came with a regular eyed head, though.

Raphael seemed to be a winner, but then I noticed that the paint is scraping off of the hinges of his elbows and knees.

Donatello mostly okay, but one ankle is currently locked in a dainty outward position. Just about to go boil some water to see if it comes loose. Also, his holster for his bo comes seperate in the box, and the soft peg is VERY tough to get in. Might try boiling that too.

EDIT: That fix worked on both of Donnie's issues.

I almost broke one of Raph’s sais putting it in his hand upside down. Then I did break Donnie’s bo (that was my favorite bo!) because his hands were so insanely tight.

I definitely should have been more careful, but still frustrating.
