Some of the mutations like Mr. O'Neil and Snakeweed
The Kraang sadistically about to kill April just to obtain her DNA when they could have done it without taking her life (the little bastards)
Times in the OT when a character could have fallen to their deaths or drowned
The fact that Karai could have killed her own father, and without realizing it in the 2k12 series
Shredder's plan to mutate the turtles into snakes to see their father and mentor as only prey, and when it backfires and mutates Karai instead. Especially since Shredder is just as distressed as Splinter when it happens.
When Casey nearly got crushed to death by rubble AFTER escaping by the skin of his nose from being blown up with the building in Newtralized

Seeing Leo jump in a dumpster and come out with a diaper on his head. And to go a step further, finding more diapers in the bag that was suppose to have shredders helmet. Stuff like that just makes me feel ill.

When thinking of the last episode, I thought it was kind of disturbing, when April and Irma were running from the Foot and hid in the alley, the foot thought they were hiding in the dumpster, and without even looking, began to stab the bags in the dumpster with their swords. The whole scene actually reminded me of Lord of the Rings, Fellowship, when the Ringwraiths came into the Hobbit's room, and then began to stab the beds, thinking the Hobbits were sleeping in them. Either way, makes me wonder if the foot bots have done this before, with successful results.

Hahaha, I remember that bit. Kinda disturbing because you don't see many "deaths" in the Nick series.

Nah but seriously, I dig the more disturbing elements of TMNT, I think it's a neat touch that Krang is literally wearing the corpse of a fallen enemy in the IDW series.

Has anyone mentioned the fact that April's dad was using her PETS as lab experiments in the new movie?! Sorry, but you don't take your child's pets to work with you and start tinkering with them like a common lab animal. She mentioned the turtles were hers several times, and she was taking care of them while her dad was busy injecting them with an UNKNOWN and UNPROVEN formula!!

What about Donnie and his formula with Leo in the last episode? That's kind of disturbing. Makes me wonder what other stuff Donnie might be enticed to do.
