Casey makes me feel slightly less insecure about my own teeth, which are horrible. Not quite "Lisa needs braces" horrible, but close enough. I don't think it's cute necessarily, but it's at least somewhat realistic that a hockey player or kid who gets in alot of fights would have damaged his teeth over the years.

Anyway I don't think a slight change to his character design is automatically a bad thing or would prevent any potential romance because he's (supposedly) not attractive enough. He's a teenage boy, they aren't all cute. Heck, Josh Peck himself used to be chubby and not very appealing before he lost weight and gained muscle, so perhaps Casey is just in an awkward stage.

But does there have to be a Casey/April romance in this one? So far they've looked to have their own original takes on the characters and what happens to them, and I'd hate to have there be a A/C thing just because it's 'tradition.' The OT managed to not have one and Casey still turned out decent without needing a romance.

You detail on what it will be like with Casey/turtles relationships and I also would like to be brought up on what was/is or you thought, brought idea would have been April's relationship with them each at the same time.

That's because the OT was a different category from the other incarnations.

It's not just a gap, he's missing four uppers at least...shouldn't he have a mild speech impediment? And the name Casey Jones would not be an easy thing for him to say. Get some flippers, Case. :p

For Casey's design, I think the outcome depends on who draws him. In some fan art I saw, there were plenty of artists who drew the latest version of Casey very well.

Holy cow I just a Casey Jones trailer on Nick! He looks awesome in action! He was taking about Purple Dragons and then him and Raph starting fighting. He even makes his way to the Turtles Lair!
