I didn't find Chris Bradford that interesting, especially since he was the first "big bad" so to speak from the foot and they dispose of him. Also the foot didn't seem as big of a threat like in 2k3 when they first show up. The way they dispose of them was rather OT and feels weird in this day and age for them to get rid of villains like that.

Mikey and Raph acted the same as their 2k3 counterparts, I didn't like that they feel so similar to 2k3, at least it's toned down and I hope they don't become the parodies they became in 2k3. I kept hearing beast boy in this episode too, i would occasionally hear him in the past episodes but here it was all episode long, maybe because it was a Mikey focused episode.

Guys, not everyone trawls action figure aisles looking for spoilers; if you're going to talk about developments that take place in future episodes, please spoiler tag them.

I loved it. Really hoping for a soundtrack release at some point.

Yeah, that was tight. Those little moments between them are a nice touch. Even at the end of that scene, when Leo cuts Mikey loose and gives him a little rub on the head... little gestures like that speak volumes.

Yeah that head rub by Leo really was nice to see. The brotherhood between the 4 of them is really done well and IMO the best of all the series.

Um how do you know they won't also buy the DVD later on? There is plenty of shows I've seen online that I still go out and buy the DVD. So don't be so quick to judge there.

If I steal a couch, but buy the exact same type of couch later on, am I a thief?

You can't compare a couch with a download, if you dowload something the company dosen't loose because its just a digital copy a couch on the other hand its not the same item.

Finally saw it!

Very cute episode. I do like the relationships between the Turtles. I do wish Raph was a bit less mean to Mikey... I mean Mikey said in this episode that they don't respect him. Very 2k3-esque relationship between Raph and Mikey. Still, I think this Mikey is a little nicer and funnier so I'm liking him better. I don't like April being totally shafted (I guess she's not a human friend?).

Splinter continues to kick butt. He is not the most nurturing father is he?

People please stop spoilering who will get mutated into what.

Rooish,I understand where you are coming from, but I think its obivious who will mutate into what.

I loved the '87 cartoon interaction of Michelangelo adn Raphael hence my screenname. Its a bit disappointing that its derived from the 2003 cartoon instead. Mike the airhead and Raph the bully. Anyone want to see the '87 cartoon Mike and Raph dynamic again?

The Fish Face and Dog Pound box backs have been posted for weeks. It's practically common knowledge by now.

This is dumb.

If Nickelodeon wants to post some episodes for free, to entice you, then stop, presumably to encourage you to buy the downloads or wait for the DVD, that's their prerogative. It's their property.
Regional restrictions? Can't buy it where you live? There are legal reasons behind that. Tough break. Buy a DVR. Buy a VCR. There are no laws declaring that you have the right to watch any show whenever and however you please.

The point is, lack of availability or convenience does not change the fact that you are obtaining a product that took work and money to to produce, by means not intended by the owner. If they wanted to post every episode for free download, they could easily do so.

You're pirating. We know that. You know that. Whether you think it's morally wrong is your opinion. How much, if any, financial loss you cause is indeterminable. But it is piracy, and that's really not up for debate.

Let's move past this.

I have kept spoiler free and haven't read any card backs, they are still spoilers even if they've been out for a while. Just because a movie script leaks doesn't mean it's ok to post spoilers about it before the movie comes out without warning because it's been out for weeks. That's why we have spoiler boxes.

And the other thing about the pirating.... if it's found on this forum, this entire website goes bye-bye. THAT is why we have a no pirating/download/torrent link/etc rule...

So if I download an episode and show it to my friend it’s Piracy? But If record an episode and show it to Friend it’s not Piracy? Sounds like the same thing to me.

By this I'm not trying to change your minds but come on!! Some of you people Judge others like you where the only people on the internet who haven't downloaded anything in your entire life’s. It's like where back to witch-hunt. Death by burning!!

But I agree Let's move past this and talk about the tv show.

Sorry I'm late for the party, but here are my two cents:

I thought this was a very good episode. I liked this episode a lot more then episode # 3 Turtle Temper.

I have a quick question though, is Xever suppose to be black or Hispanic ? The character clearly looks black and it states it on TMTNPedia, but when I heard Xever speak, it sounded like the voice actor (Christopher Lanz) was giving him a Hispanic accent. Either or I really like Xever so far in his human form, as well as Chris Bradford. I doubt we will get action figures of them before they become Dogpound and Fishface respectfully.

I thought Clancy Brown did a phenomenal job voicing Chris (when doesn't Clancy Brown do a phenomenal job at anything ?) I love how his suit was very reminiscent of the 1984 Shredder comic book outfit.

I felt bad for Michelangelo. I know it's a cartoon and all but he really wanted a human friend (other then April) and really looked up to Chris and was hurtfully betrayed. Okay guys, your among friends, we all know you have soft spots lol.

I laughed so hard when they showed Donatello's laptop with the picture of April eating a pizza. I really wanted to her to say something, as an a awkward moment, but they executed the scene just fine with him exiting it out really quickly.

So I guess it's safe to say that in this incarnation, whenever the Turtles get ready for a showdown, their eyes are clear white and their pupils appear. I actually think that's pretty sick as it makes the scene more badass.

I loved how the Foot Clan were hanging form the sewers. I doubt very much Ciro was influenced by this, but that scene reminded me a lot of what Freddy Krueger did in the 2010 remake to his victims. He hanged their corpses in the boiler room.

Has anyone seen the preview for episode 5 ? As soon as the end credits to episode were over, they aired Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.

Lol I'm not the smartest. I see the mutants in the title sequence but naively don't assume that every new Shredder henchman will become a mutant.

Lol, I liked them too, but it was still a bit of Mike the airhead and Raph the bully. But it was gentler in the old show.

Sorry guys, I think the pirating stuff is partly my fault, I asked someone to PM me a link--is that allowed on here? And just so everyone feels better I'll go buy it from iTunes now. I agree we should support the show.
