Some other unpopular Opinions:

- The only good thing about the movie "the life of Pi" was the animation of the Tiger.
(I always wished that the guy would be too exhausted to swim and fell into the water )

- "Hugo Cabret" was so boring I fell asleep. (for real!)

- I rather watch "Gremlins" than any Star Wars movie

I actually like "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" better than "Temple of Doom". I never liked Temple. "Last Crusade" is my favorite, though.

I think The Walking Dead Video Game and Comic Series are leaps and bounds better than the TV Show!

Ouch.

I always liked Marty Jannetty more than Shawn Michaels. It's a shame, they both had the same "personal problems", but Michaels had more friends in high places, so he's a "legend" and Jannetty's a punchline. That makes me sad.

Not that they both weren't talented, I just think when politics becomes the sole variable in how successful one guy is over another guy, it's a shame.

I am not wowed in the slightest by Guardians of the Galaxy's trailers and previews. Looks like a rather lazy film to me.

Didn't care much for The Breakfast Club. Not a bad movie but not great either. Maybe it's a classic because there weren't many movies like it back then. Same goes for Dirty Dancin

I have never been a fan of the way the DCAU explored Bruce Wayne's future. To suggest Batman remains fixated only on the mission for mommy and daddy at the cost of every personal relationship he's ever had is completly unreallistic and does not inspire anyone to kick out of self-destructive and angsty habits. I find stories where he decides to embrace both sides of himself to accomplish the goal of sustainable purpose with a long-term goal for personal happiness in reach of him (Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, Dark Knight Rises, the Earths where he and Selina raise Helena together) to be more inspirational. A pity fanboys will never embrace that rosier outcome because they can't move past their own hang-ups and want to forever project them onto the character

Agreed. And....I liked the 2nd one. There, I said it.
Not mine but my sister thinks Ghostbusters 2 is way better than the first one. Well then.

I'unno, Zar. I get all that, but I kinda think he's Broken. I'm not a huge fan of the way the DCAU showed Bruce's future, either, but frankly, people as self-destructive as Bruce usually don't suddenly reach some sort of epiphany, as uplifting as that may be. I mostly always figured he'd be killed in the line of duty and someone else would assume the mantle, either Dick (hopefully) or someone else inspired by his heroic sacrifice. I've never in my head pictured Bruce Wayne dying as an old man safe in his bed, I can only ever really see him going out as a martyr. Part of what didn't work for me in DKR was the whole "he quits being Batman for 8 years" thing. That was insanely out of character. Part of why he became Batman has always been explained as, "The police are corrupt and/or incompetent, and can't be trusted to do what needs to be done, thus the need for Batman in the first place." He'd never step aside just because some barely-legal new law was written into place to make it easier for cops to catch bad guys. The whole, "I'm only gonna be Batman until the cops get their sh*t together" was really tough to swallow. He's way too obsessed, driven, and paranoid for that.

So, I don't see either a DKR or "Batman Beyond" future for Bruce. Even when I was about 5, I kind of saw him as a character that could only have a tragic yet heroic ending (Yes, I was a morbid little kid ). I mean, it's not like one day there suddenly won't be bad guys the cops can't catch. And I also think along the way it's become clear that just being Batman is sort of an addiction. I don't know how easily he'd find it to settle down and have a "normal" life after everything he's been through. And I think that every time he saw or read about someone getting killed by a mugger, or something like that, it'd torture him to think he could have done something about it.

It'd be nice to see him get a happy ending, but for some reason, I just don't think it fits him.

Guess that's why there's a Multiverse.

Sad thing is, in most multiverses, even the ones where he ended up with Selina, he ends up dead/widowed anyway and his daughter is orphoned...

The Eagles are a better band than the Beatles.

Well, like his Mommy told him when he was having his near-death experience... "You know the only reward you get for being Batman? ...You get to be Batman." Most of us would take that and call it a win, be honest.

Yeah no. However The Band is an equal band to the Beatles and Revolver is superior to Sgt. Peppers and Pet Sounds is probably superior to them both.
