Speaking of putting in Easter eggs, I'm pretty sure that every fan of the 2012 series will recognize the fight scene I put in this new page.

I'm pretty sure the fans of the IDW series of TMNT recognize the upper panels, they are from Sophie Campbell's Leonardo Spotlight story of the Macro series, where he debates handing over control to the Foot clan to Karai, who just arrived back from Japan.

The way Leo and Karai spar in those pages is pretty much the same from their flirt-sparring sessions in the 2012 cartoon series, so as a salute to Sophie Campbell's awesome work I figure I'd put in this reference.

So as to reveal what Hun has done after robbing that bank and humiliating the Rise- Turtles.

"Green Shepherd" speaks for itself, I combined environmental groups "Greenpeace" with "Sea Shepherd" and the Captain's name "Watts Paulsson" is Paul Watson with the order of his first and second name reversed.

I wonder how many people will get the joke I made here with the depiction of the "Green Shepherd" ship.

This was a lot of fun and I'm pretty sure I'll think up a new story soon. Keep your eyes peeled.
