Annoying or Funny, He's Leaving Nick

Lucas Cruikshank is leaving Nickelodeon for good, after finding out that Marvin Marvin has been canceled.

He started on Nick on ICarly, made three Fred movies & had Fred; The Show.

My favorite episode on Marvin Marvin was when he played the guitar & sang Joy Bubbles (the episode spoofed School of Rock).

I hated him as well. But I hated him even more when he sold his soul to Nickelodeon.

I could care less. Never liked him as Fred and thought he was annoying. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Marvin Marvin's canceled? Not surprised. Finally.

I knew that show was going to be a flop. Already, it seems like Sam and Cat are doing very well. Yet, SpongeBob is still on top. Oy.

But, TMNT is still solid as a rock.

Lucas seemed like a nice guy, but the characters he played are annoying and unlikeable. Plus, Marvin Marvin is pretty much a rip-off teen version of Mork and Mindy. Not very original for Nick. And even if it was, whoever was writing on that show seemed to make it feel like a horrible experience. I blame the producers for this, too.

The show sucked anyway.

No. Based on the direction, the show felt like a rip-off of Mork and Mindy, except this was for kids and was a whole lot dumber. Lucas is NO Robin Williams, that's for sure.

Nothing against the actor himself, but the 3 movies and 2 shows were absolutely horrendous. Thank god "Marvin Marvin" has finally gotten canceled.

Agreed. And why did anyone get the idea to make two annoyingly stupid YouTube shorts into full length shows!?! Obviously, Fred flopped and Orange sold a lot of merchandise. But still, there terrible shows!

HOWIE MANDEL: School of Rock ripoff huh?
SHARON OSBOURNE: Stop that Howie!
HOWARD: You're not even on the show anymore.
SHARON: Only for this sketch. Go ahead & perform.

Marvin rocks on the guitar while his buddies play the recorder...

MARVIN: (Singing) I was a boy with troubles, now I got joy bubbles! Now I'm feeling down, now my feet don't ever touch the ground. I was a boy with troubles
(Howie buzzes)
Now I got joy bubbles. When I feel like I could cry, I just think happy thoughts & reach for the sky!

The kids play a recorder solo.

MARVIN: (Resumes singing) I was a salad without a crouton,
(Sharon buzzes)
An atom without a neutron. a sumsong with a muton. A boy so far away, from New Jersey!
(Howard buzzes & the stage turns red).

HOWARD: How dare you insult New Jersey with that song? New Jersey hadn't been insulted since their picante sauce.
SHARON: Salad without a crouton? Silly lyrics, Ozzy would spit on you.
HOWIE: I'd rather hear Ex-Cel Dude's music than yours.
MARVIN: But we worked hard!
HOWARD: Go and annoy Disney Channel for a change. It's a no from me. Sharon...
SHARON: Before I go back to CBS Daytime, it's a No for me as well.
HOWIE: If you were on my previous show, you'd win a penny. It's a NO as well.

Marvin talks like Fred in disgust as he & the kids leave the stage.
