It’s sad that I missed the Signature April with yellow raincoat but at least I got my standard pre-order secured.

Now I’m thinking it’s just a silly yellow raincoat, I can probably make one myself.

Question for all you people who've bought the Tokka & Razhar 2-pack. What has your experience been? Have you received yours? Are you still waiting?

I am still waiting for mine to arrive. They have been shipped, but they've been in transit since April 12th and there's been no updates for the parcel yet. I contacted the postal service that is supposed to handle the parcel (RR Donnelley) and according to them they still haven't received the physical parcel, only the data for it.

I've contacted NECA's customer support numerous times but all I get from them is a templated pre-written response saying it "is in the hands of an international postal service". Apparently it is too much to ask to get an actual explanation of why it is taking so long. I have never experienced such bad customer "support". It's like they don't even care!

Anyone else in the same boat as me?

i would get it but only if they make tang shen to complete the set, and also an alternate hamato yoshi in his construction worker outfit, as seen in that clip. otherwise the set will feel incomplete.

also really hoping they make a charles pennington and chief sterns figures, those are a must!

I read recently that the scene uses the same actor, and it is only edited to make it appear as two characters, so them looking like twins would be true to the scene.

Don't know if it's true, but it certainly seems plausible. Can't quite enjoy the scene the same way since reading that, though.

I'm not a completist (not tracking down the signature April), but this set is a must-have for me.

I love that you get two Splinters to recreate the flashbacks with each of the characters simultaneously displayed. Well done NECA!

They'd be all-new sculpts (as far as I can tell). These are clever parts re-use, making otherwise obscure (or at least, not high-demand) characters viable. Though for me, this set is all about Splinter's story... Saki and Yoshi are effectively accessories.
Support the line and maybe they can justify the budget for new tools.

Yeah, i saw the movie again yesterday and thought Tang Shen & Charles might make a good 2-pack.

Which do you think (or know for a fact) is more valuable?
Gamestop single packs or the reissued 2-packs? This gets complicated because the 2-pack splinter's set especially has more accessories than the single pack one.

From a resell perspective? It looks like the two packs go for a bit more per figure than the single releases. Splinter is interesting to me, as the 2-pack was the only set of these I've ever seen at my local WalMart, and it sat on the shelf for weeks before it finally sold out, but it seems to go for only slightly less than the turtle 2-packs.

From a resell, from a collector's perspective, isn't it the same?
The more desirable something is, the higher value it fetches.
Kinda like fan club turtles are the thing to collect in the vintage line.
Interesting the 2-packs have a higher value even though it came later.
