Where did you get the 'mail order bridge sold into his service in her twenties' part? I didn't get that part when reading it. Only that she is paternal-half sister. Do we know that she is older than Dick?

I know. We don't know much family background on the Maroni-Zucco family like we do the Falcone family. So we don't know if it was an arranged married like how the second Ventriloquist was in happened.

It's also hard to keep up with the mobsters being dead or alive again. Zucco was originally killed in his debut, but then retconned to be alive in Batman YEar Three. Maroni was supposed to be killed by Harvey Dent after embracing his Two Face persona, but now is alive as a rival to Blockbuster II, who was dead himself.

Anyone have a master list to check over my Batman meets Marvel character checklist?

Superman and the Authority was a delight. Morrison really knows how to make directions with so much uncertainty behind them most inviting, there was such a warmth to this, the very touch of humanity so many more 'straight' interpretation of an authoritarian Superman lack

Well Wonder Woman has been in the Justice League Dark so not sure if she is still in with them or not.

I assumed it had to do with Infinite Frontier which I am not reading. I know she had some pivotal role in Death Metal and may be 'too busy'. Yes, Dark is the backup in the Justice League title I am reading, but honestly how many people actually read the backups? Aside from the late-Silver Age and Bronze Age Robin and Batgirl backups I never really have.

I hate they put JLD as the backups but thankfully they will be getting their own trade later this year so I will wait for that.

No hate on Justice League Dark from me. I am just indifferent. When it comes to backups, nearly anyone gets the comic for the primary story not the few extra pages we pay an extra dollar for.

So coming out of Death Metal Wonder Woman is gone replaced by her mother and Green Arrow and Black Canary are members. There is no in-title explanation. Not sure why it can't be explained to those who don't follow every title.

Same thing happened when The Batman Who Laughs was Lex's prisoner causing Joker to take offense. Never heard of the character before that and assumed it was Prometheus who had been subjected to Joker Venom.I need dialogue or foot notes explanation. Yet the artist bother giving name boxes to characters every page, it gets annoying.

I think The Long Halloween special will be like The New Frontier special that came out after the release of the animated adaptation. A few short stories of related material that are in tone with the product and more of a fun read. The catch here is Dark Victory follows it so there is the question of it serving as a bridge or something like what I have pictured.

It was never explained why Green Arrow and Black Canary are in the Justice League suddenly and Green Arrow is financing two groups? I understand that Hippolyta is holding Wonder Woman's place. Also, Martin Manhunter is dead again? That bit is confusing as was some romantic connection with the second Hawkgirl. I understand that John Stewart is off the book to be a part of the Hal Jordan-less ensemble in Green Lantern Corps and is currently stranded and deposited.

It should not be this hard to keep track of characters! I am still waiting for a Hal Jordan title to emerge.
