Its not too late for them to pull Abracadabra out of thin air and have him manipulating the "evil Barry" somehow... maybe he is still a time remnant, but he is being manipulated into thinking his friends didn't love him because he was "fake".... a double twist... lol.

Also, the Legends hint is poor timing since Legends is done and Thawne is dead and gone, UNLESS, as I said to a friend, the Thawne that died was a remnant as well since there were dozens of him in that timeline for a few mkments before the heroes won...

Time travel makes my head hurt...

The chicken and the egg came both at the same time as you cannot have one without the other....

Okay, that's a very good point!

But I doubt CW is going that route because CW is quite often incredibly lazy with believable character motivations (for examples, see Arrow Season 3, Arrow Season 4, Flash giving up his speed to a speedster psychopath in a hostage negotiation, etc)...

So CW is still doing a poor job with writing, BUT this theory means I can live with it a little easier. Headcanon.

Meanwhile, while flash is still fun, i'm starting to get bored with it. i don't care about saving what's her name. such a boring character. i don't care who the other characters are dating either.

just focus on the damn super hero stuff. and please drop the speed villains. after the first one they got old fast.

i feel like they spread berlanti to far and too thin with all these shows. he seems to have good ideas but doesn't execute them well.

I'm ok with speedster villains as long as the story is well executed. BTW I'm not happy how savitar was formed, I like the idea of Barry being Savitar, but dislike how he became evil.

I bailed on Supergirl early in season 2, after generally liking the portrayal of Superman. I decided I'd spend my Mondays with Fox's 24: Legacy and Gotham's 3rd season. They weren't ideal replacements, but I haven't worried about all the Supergirl I'm missing either.

Cold would remember these things... but just when does Barry grab him from? If its before the Legends leave, then Cold mentions a certain sequence that happens... so its from after they had originally left... but then they never came back to 2016/2017 while Snart was alive (or did they?)....

The ending.... harsh but glad they went that way.

Supergirl has been rsther blah. Says something when season 2 opens and ends with Superman being there...

Back to Barry/Flash... Diggles wife can't help a bro out? Seems off character just a bit... annnd like she didn't think he would find a way in regardless... so why make him do what he did?

And not thinking ahead with the stone?

Barry has that device that until now, just changed a persons face (but it cha ges his whole appearance...).... so what if, Iris wasn't Iris but another time duplicste Barry? Or even easier, Earth 2 Iris? Lol Either of these would be a reach though...

Is there a proper joint place for all the CW shows for a "who else would we all like to see" thread? Or can i just say I'd really like to see Ralph & Sue Dibney.... a JSA spinoff and a Legion spinoff... or merge the JSA & Legion into a joint show with the past portion being the JSA and the "present" being the future with the Legion... we could also get a Superman & Supergirl tbe in the Arrowverse... Wishful thinking right?

yep. same here. i didn't care for all the social justice stuff on supergirl. that and the bad writing and cat grant where enough to make me tune out after checking out and generally liking superman.

Watched the Finale last night, I liked season 2's finale better. Didn't like how Savitar died, wasn't spectacular at all. Weird that Barry's gone, but obviously he will be back. His absence might create good stories, so I guess that's a good thing. liked that Caitlin decided to go away for a while, it would be weird to have her back on the team right away , that can happen later but not now, she needs to redeem herself. I don't get how, after all she's done, team flash would just accept her with open arms.
No marriage yet for Iris, could happen at the end of the show if next season's the last.

I find it very weird that Jesse Quick wasn't involved at all in the fight to take down Savitar.

I think I'm done. I may lurk a bit for Season 4, but Flash has really gone downhill. The problematic writing just keeps spreading.

Season 1's main issues were:

• Why won't Joe let Barry tell Iris?
• Why is Iris such an enormous b!tch to Eddie when he didn't tell her about Barry?

Season 2:

• Why won't Barry tell Patty?
• Why is Wally such an a$$hole to Joe?
• How do Time Remnants actually work? (They don't.)
• Why is Barry screwing everything up in Earth-2?
• Why do we never see Hartley again?
• WHY did Barry stupidly sacrifice his speed to save Wally when Barry is the ONLY speedster who can fight Zoom, the mass-murdering speedster!?

Season 3:

• What happened to Savitar's cult?
• Why is Killer Frost evil?
• Why is Cisco such a d!ck about a dead brother he didn't even like?
• Why does no one believe in Wally?
• How does a kid make a giant holographic monster?
• Why doesn't Barry know how to avoid gorilla punches? Or Gypsy? Or, really, why can't Barry fight ANYONE?
• Where was Jessie in the final fight?
• Why did Barry propose--then get broken up--then break up?
• That damn musical Supergirl crossover.
• Why would everyone treat a Barry time remnant like dirt?
• Why will no one resurrect Leonard Snart?
