Healthcare should be a "right". But your regular bull$#!( semantics aside, you can't force someone to give enough a $#!( about you to care for you. In tribal days people were denied healthcare from the tribe all the time unless the tribe needed them specifically for something.

Obviously we have different worldviews now over our tribal past, but the simple fact is that you cannot in ethical society, ironically enough, compel anyone to take care of you. And that is why there are free market solutions even for that. But healthcare isn't an 'inalienable right' because it requires other people to take care of you - and at the end of the day those people have a choice to do it or not. Freedom is a "right" because it requires nothing of others beyond "letting you be 'free". There is a huge difference.

Either way, America has the best healthcare system, even when it is restricted by government in terms of drug certifications and whatnot.

Apparently him just nervously bumbling around with his batch of fake IDs in a random McDonald's did him in. But yeah, we can retire the whole "Wow, this was a super cold-as-ice super trained assassin" thing. If he'd just chilled out on splaying out fake IDs in front of restaurant employees for a few more weeks, he probably would have gotten away with this.

Sidenote: a few hours ago you could readily find his Instagram and Facebook. Not much there recently but it was interesting what was. Now there's suddenly hundreds of fake accounts just created in the last couple of hours and I can't find them anymore.
