Just now watched it myself... and the intro is: WOW! The Mirage reference at the again got quite the reaction out of me lol.

Spike made his debut!

The song is pretty bad though. Oh well.

Awesome video, but the link is not to a theme song....it's to a clip from the show.

Love the clip, especially;
- "Put down the staff, and no-one gets hurt." / "Ehh, you said that last time, Raph, and then you hurt me."
- Mikey sticking his tongue out.
- "You all did very well." / "But I did better."

From what I've read, a lot of people were worried about Mikey being the comic relief character, but I didn't get a sense of that in this clip. The funny was pretty evenly spread.

The visuals rocked, but the theme song itself...not so much.

Just listened to the new theme a few times. It's AWESOME!!!!! i love the reference at the end to the original comic, and the song is really catchy! Dogpound and Fishface look uglier than their action figures though...

I noticed that too. Even Splinter got in on the humor

I can't get Nick vids to load at all for some reason, so I'm stuck waiting for a Youtube version as well. ^_^;

Donatello19 - If you just want a still image, ctrl+printscreen maybe?

I loved the theme song! I don't care what you guys think, it's awesome. And i feel that the new generation will love it even more. THAT SONG WAS AWESOME!!!!! I was seriously laughing at the computer, not because it was funny, and no, i don't have some sort of weird laughing disorder, but just because i loved it! And most of all........ THE TURTLES ARE BACK DUDE! I am gonna watch that a couple more times now.

And as for the training scene, i loved it, but rob's Donny voice is gonna take alot of time getting used to, but i'm sure the new generation won't mind it at all. I Like how mikey actually lasted for a while again Leo. I even like the anime aspect of it, I just hope the anime feel doesn't pop up too to much.

All in all both the videos were great, and i hope this show brings in a whole new generation of fans. TURTLE POWER!!!!

While I'm not crazy about hip hop and I always prefer rock, its good enough to fit the times, and I can always go back to my beloved Fred Wolf DVDs if I want the classic feel, but at least it has the same rough melody as the original series which can allow younger viewers to discover the original cartoon. The visuals are pretty good, but even the Mirage #1 tribute can't quite stand up to the iconic Fred Wolf and 4kids openings, though it may win the approval of "Generation Z" (those born in the late 90s and 2000s) as "their" opening. At least there is a banner to try to persuade people to support Direct TV from getting Nick back on.

I loved the Showdown video! The animation is fluid, the characters hilarious, everything about it I liked!
