That's not really what "she" is doing or the way these things work. Disney will say "no," then she will demonstrate damages by her lost income for her not being on season 3, "Rangers of the New Republic," and maybe even the Mandalorian movie, then Disney will come back with X amount to settle, then that's that and things are mostly amicable. OR Disney can say, "Well hey, how about we bring you back in X, X, and X to make things right?" but they'll never do that because that would mean publicly betraying the wackjobs they were trying to appease to begin with.
