Two Bad sold out during the early access period, so I blew it again.

I get it, I don't have a subscription so I can't really complain, but I'm seeing people on He-Man.org buying 10 of them and it's getting me a little steamed. Can I just have one please?

Anyway, stupid, no subscription having me.

Hey, did anyone pick up anything from the After-Party sale? I didn't know it was on until I woke up this morning, so unfortunately no Hover Robots for me.

Watching Pixel Dan's SDCC18 interview with Super7, and I do feel bad for Super7 with all the negativity they get with people thinking they're Mattel. They don't deserve the flack when they're keeping the Classics alive.

And that Snake Mountain... wow I want it badly

Yeah, Snake Mountain looks sweet. Sooo good!

I don't know if I can swing it though. My guess is it's going to be considerably more expensive than Grayskull was, and then add 25% for the exchange rate and $50+ shipping and I'm in the poor house.

I don't know where to put it either. I still keep Grayskull on the floor.

I like what Super7 are doing. They had some QC problems, but so did Mattel.

Anybody pick up any of the Super7 Filmation-style figures in the "classic" 80s molds? I got He-Man and Skeletor for Christmas and aside from He-Man's shield being completely useless, I'm in love with 'em. Really looking forward to getting the others.

Can anybody smarten me up on about what I can expect, if I try and get into collecting the MattyCollector/Club Grayskull stuff at some point? As a huge fan, I feel it's my birthright to own them, but I'm well aware that prices "in the wild" are... kind of crazy. At the time the MattyCollector stuff was fresh, I was simply not in any position to take advantage of it, or I would have, for sure.

Any figures or whatever that are just "impossible" to find for anything reasonable? I know I have my work cut out for me, but I'd like to know just how high the mountain is.

Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for MOTUC figures, the Mattel online store have some leftover stock and they're fairly well priced (especially compared to 2nd hand marked)

I haven't bought any of the Super7 stuff - it's too expensive to ship, and the exchange rate is always in the crapper nowadays.

Aww, that's a bummer.

I recently opened the He-Man and Skeletor that I got for Christmas, and everything about it felt like I was 4 years old again. Filmation sculpts and paint jobs aside, of course. Hordak and She-Ra are next on my list; the FYE over here might still have a few, I'm hoping to check them out this weekend.

They're really spiffy if you're at all a fan of the classic line. Hopefully you'll find a good deal somewheres.

are these based off the four horseman design, or the original series figures design?

some seem like re releases.

also, where do we get these from these days?

They're based on the 1987 movie. Karg was originally released with comic book accurate paintjob, so he's only a repaint. I'm not entirely sure how pre-order these, but probably from Super7 website.

My wife just popped a lady boner for those Especially Dolph He-Man.

Might be tough to get my hands on these if they're online-exclusives, but Life Finds A Way, and all that.
