Coincidental especially since I just started playing the PS5 version of Part I 2 weeks ago. Haha. I'm not complainin', though. More footage for me to record for my playthrough channel.

It's unfortunate -- I JUST did a re-playthrough of Last of Us Part II like a couple months ago, after playing Part 1 on PS5.

That was ORIGINAL plan. Haha. To play the PS5 version of Part I, record it, and then go to the PS4 version of Part II. Obviously, that plan has changed now.

I wonder what the lost levels are gonna be like.

As far as I read in the past, the only stuff that was severely cut was everything in Santa Barbara. Like, they had much bigger plans there but ran out of time. And we never even found out for sure if the person Abby was speaking to on the radio there was a legit Fireflies surviving cell. We're left to ASSUME it wasn't, that it was just a Rattlers trap... but they got there awfully fast if that was true. And we never did see the domed building the supposed Fireflies survivors talked about, though you see it on the opening menu of the game after you beat it.

All of this would be much more exciting if they just properly reintegrated this stuff into the game.

I'll definitely immediately try out the Lost Levels and the Rogue-like mode and see how that is. I don't know that I'm quite ready for a full run-through of the whole game again right now.
