Amazon Streaming Glitches?

So own the first three seasons on amazon. It seems like about once per episode, at some point during the show, there will be like a one second glitch. And if I rewind the scene, the glitch is there again at the exact same point. It's like the glitch is on the master copy. I should record one of them and upload it for you guys to see. Has anyone else ever encourted this when watching their digital copy?

Yeah, it's been like that since they were released in 2015. I reached out to customer service when I first noticed it on some of the episodes, but it still freezes up and glitches out at certain points. However, it seems that the episodes on other platforms don't have this problem.
