Blade's Toy Collection
Currently, I have most of my TMNT stuff in totes, but I had to start this thread for my newest item. One of my holy grails
Japanese Mutant Masters Donatello! Btw, I have to thank Ninjinister for the eBay link. First up, in box (need to get my scanner working again for better pics of the back). Btw, that's my self custom talking. Out of the box With 2k3 bo Mutastone time! With Aqua Staff and Shell Shield (Don't think that's the real names, but close) This is the crystal on his chest. I think it looks like a duck putting it's bill in what I hope is water (This Donnie is a Water Element after all). Now for something I had to buy the toy to see, his armor on the figure. Until today, I could not find pictures of the armor on. Glad it didn't disappoint And now random sillieness I'm really happy with this guy. Now I want them all (including Devil Shredder). Anyone want anymore pics, just ask. I'll post other stuff later (like old displays and the like). |

After finding out that Playmates version have less paint apps, I feel even more lucky
Had to Google that, but yes, you did Thanks! Went through a bunch of old pictures and found old displays. Here's the first one (which I know I've posted once a year or two ago). This was a display in my room in 05 & 06. I had just found my Sewer Playset again, so it's just figures I had as a kid. http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/2.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/3.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/4.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/5.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/6.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/7.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/8.JPG http://vault.error-403.net/files/3/ToyCollection/9.JPG EDITED for space. In 2007, my brother sold most of his TMNT stuff and gave me first dibs. I ended up with a complete Technodrome out of it. I use the same space as the first display, but doubled the size. I never posted them on the net until today.

Sweet setup. I especially like the clever things you did with the broken parts like metalhead's hand in leatherhead's trap and the foot soldier with no head.

Sadly, I had to take this display down too. I'd switch it out with some of my other playsets and displays from time to time, but my 2k3 lair needs to stay out and (like an idiot) I tossed out the box to my non-TMNT playset and it's an odd shape to fit. It's the Black Preal playset from Pirates of the Caribbean, which I'll have to post pics of later (Mostly because a little of everything in the display ) EDIT: Btw, you've remind me I need to dig out Metalhead to add "find the hand" to my current display. |

I didn't realize that a decapitated Foot Soldier was a more common occurrence. My first one is headless, and sadly, I can't find the head. It's just as well, though, since I'm eventually going to use it for an Alpha One custom once I get more paint and parts....

Thanks!
Here's another display that I had to take down. Not because of space, but because spiders started living on it. Uck! Anyways, anyways wanted to make a Micro Machines display that had things from everything I could think of. Oh, and the shelf behind it is my Beast Wars Neo collection. I'm so proud to have those. |

When I was a kid, I had all 8 of the Darkwing Duck figures and the Rat Catcher (Why's it called that, anyways?). Sadly, I lost most of them and was left with 3 I think and the cycle was missing most it's parts. Nearing the end of '07, I got the entire normal Darkwing Duck toyline plus some extras in one go off eBay. Here's some pics from the day I got them. Again, that's my self custom. I use him a lot.
I ended up with two DWs, so I made me a Nega-Duck: Still looking for a chainsaw to give him. |

darkwing duck was another cool toyline i had back in the early 90's. i too recently re-acquired the whole set on ebay. the line was discontinued after the first run because of some issue between disney and playmates. i was shocked when i saw these figures that never got released:
i guess all that could be done is custom versions, or somehow retrieving those old unused molds. |

Or aquiring prototypes would be an option.
