who had the funniest sounding voice on the cartoon series?

My vote is Shredder, it's hard to explain but he sounds hilarious

I always liked Shredder's voice in the cartoon (the original one anyway, not the one in the Dregg shows.) I didn't really find it funny, just really appropriate for the character.

I agree, the voice did suit him perfectly, but when he was insulting bebop and rocksteady, he sounded funny.

Also probably some of those mad scientists and mobsters that usually imitating someone. That one scientist that used Raphael while he was affected by Don's personality modifier, I don't know who that guy was trying to imitate. I remember an ex walking into the room as the guy was talking and was asking 'why is he talking like that?'

I dunno if by funniest we're talking about comical sounding or weird sounding.

Krang definitely has the strangest voice. Sounds quite unique too.

I love Paulsen's voice, but I don't think it sounds funny. It just so happens that he frequently voices funny characters who like to crack jokes. OK, so he has a voice that suits that kind of character, sure, but...
