I find it somewhat ironic that the first Tattoo figure NECA gives us is probably the dumbest version in the whole Turtle-verse. Seems like Archie version would have been the cooler choice than Hamster-Man... and it could have come with an Inky dog accessory fig!

Target in Wilmington, Delaware had literally everything in stock. Multiples actually.
First time I saw an actual Haulathon display. Also the first time I saw an Elite Assassin in person, probably should have snagged him. |

 Honestly, I'm shocked, this store isn't that trustworthy to get stuff and stock has been rather underwhelming for quite a while, I'm kind of impressed. (Or the one north, that might still be a Wilmington address. Even still, don't trust any stores in this area with stock.)
