Brutalized in vol. 4. But rose out of it greatly. And like... as far as the canon goes.... he either has a bunch of illegitimate babies or he doesn't.
Ive always taken the notion that he doesn't.

In 2003
sprained ankle, 2 broken legs. If it counts, in SAINW lost a arm and was killed. In 2012 Cuts and bruises in some episodes possible concussion hurt his arm a few times bitten by Karai in her snake form
