Looking for 2014 promo video

Hopefully this is the correct place for this (apologies if it's not) but I've been looking for the video or website that these stills came from. It looks like really early 2014 promo stuff. (Donatello doesn't even have glasses) If anyone has it archived or knows what this was from, I'd appreciate the help!

Unsure if it was originally a video...

I feel like I recall it was something that you'd swipe over to each brother one at a time, with a pizza box getting passed around to each, and by the time it got to Leo he got none of it, poor guy.

Think I might have had a gif of the Leo part of it, that might be on an external drive, unsure if I had the whole thing. Will check when I can and edit if I've got any part of it.

Edit: Then again, I don't recognize the face icons on the left that look like they can be selected. Maybe it was a little tie-in app game or just individual animated things?

This is what I was thinking of, but doubting that it's this now and was made for the second film. (He starts with the pizza, but it gets stolen from him, receiving none in the end.)

However, I did have the sense to name the file with the name of the creator of it, Little Zoo Studio and MAYBE it's the same people?

Though I just noticed the October 17th date on your images. It premiered in the U.S. in August (the sequel was June), so that could offer a clue on what countries saw it.

Edit 2: Going by the premier dates list on this post, fans in the UK and Ireland might have seen it, perhaps saved it.
