Is Hun a DILF?
Oh yeah! Look at them big muscles, manly scars and sick dragon tattoo, that must be the definiton of a sexy man indeed. But looks are not everything this man here is not afraid to teach his son hard lessons the way, that's good parenting right there. When he really needed to fix his life up, he got a job straight away, hell, he even got to be the boss right away! He even managed to forgive a guy after telling a horrible truth, it takes a real man to do that! Truly, Hun is the most attractive character in this series on so many levels! Spoiler:

I just watched the current poll results. Interseting indeed, it's really polarising in fact, one half thinks he's as repulsive as it gets and the other think he's perfect on the sexy scale. The repulsive side has a slight majority but there are too few voters and it's an odd number. Interesting that nobody picked anything in between yet...

Gotta say, guys who smack their kids around are not a turn on.
Nor are guys with anger issues, or alcohol problems.

Yeah...I had to read the thread title twice just to check I was seeing it right. Gotta go with a resounding 'Hell no!'.
Joking aside, I wish we knew what Casey's mum saw in him?? |

I thought his hair is black and he was alcoholic when we first saw him? Then later Raph stopped him and saved Casey.
Or was that supposed to be his step dad? Doesn't look like Hun at all. |

TLDR: It's the same guy, Arnold "Hun" Jones. He was the leader of the Purple Dragons before he met his late wife (Casey's mom) and took to drinking when she got sick. When Casey went into his coma and Shredder offered Arnold a place in the Foot (and a mutagen infusion), Arnold gave up booze, presumably dyed his hair blonde, started calling himself Hun again and took over leadership of the PD from Angel. |

As far as Hun going forward... I really don't know what IDW's long term plans with him are. I never got into 2k3 or later Mirage so Hun as a character is fairly new to me. I like that he gives Casey his own nemesis, though I hate that Casey has been such a punching bag for... like half the run now.
I was pleased to see Hun take a big role in the last arc and felt MM&M did a lot to broaden his character after he just kind of popped into things in the middle of City Fall. This book has done a good job thus far of giving page time to side characters after their intros and I feel I "know" Hun now a lot better than I did during City Fall. Before MM&M he seemed kind of extraneous to me but again that's probably in part because I don't have a history with his character like other readers probably do and I don't know what kind of beats his development usually takes in TMNT universes. |

It still amuses me, how IDW turned 4Kids' "you killed my father" to "I'm your father". <insert random jokes here about Darth Vader>
Also, kids with an alcoholic parent much likely became an addict themselves. So, is that mean that Casey will became a drinker like he was in Mirage? |
