looked throught he thread and i didn't find this,

i'm looking for pics of one of the punk kids in the foot place, i remember i thought on many occations as i saw the movie that she looked like kaira, it hink she has a black top and short black hair like kaira.
she appears more than once on the background though.

Is this her, it has to be, this is the only girl that makes "cameo" looks at the camera.

And no, her character wouldn't stem at all from Karai, who didn't appear till "City At War", in '93.

it might have been her, thought he part i remember the most she didn't look at the camera she was just in the background and looked more 'intimidating' to say something. I know it couldn't have been karai but i can pretend OMG There IS KARAI when shredder first found her!!11 ;D
