Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Generations Toyline Concepts

This is my collection of concepts for a hypothetical toyline called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Generations", intended as a sort of in-between of the Nick line and Classics line, meant to bring the TMNT up to par with Transformers and other modern lines. This will cover characters from throughout TMNT history, all in the style of the early Nick figures combined with elements of the vintage line's style (unless otherwise specified). Most toys are new molds in-scale with the 1988 and current lines. There are standard figures, larger "Mega Mutants", and vehicles. Playsets may also show up.

Estimated retail price for standard figures is 14.99. Larger figures will cost more.

Series 1:

001: Leonardo. Retool of Nick Version to add articulated ankles and waist. Weapons are now painted and he includes a TV with a Space Heroes screenie on it.
002: Donatello. Retool of Nick Version to add the same articulation as Leonardo, painted weaponry, plus an April plush toy, a broken Kraangdroid head, and his Stealth Tech goggles. Nanigata now extends from regular bo with a lever.
003: Raphael. Retool of Nick Version with the added ankle and waist articulation and painted weapons. Also includes Spike sidekick figure.
004: Michaelangelo. Retool of Nick Version with the added ankle and waist articulation and painted weaponry. Also includes a pizza box that opens to reveal Pizzaface and Mushroom Man.
005: Shredder. Combination of the molds of the first two Shredders, plus new lower legs for ankle articulation. Includes painted sword, removable Kuro Kabuto helmet, Hachiko the dog figurine, shuriken, and a cloth cape.
006: Karai. Transforms from human ninja to three-headed snake via a system of opening panels and moving parts, like a Transformer figure. Also includes ninja mask, sword, and a turtle voodoo doll.

Deluxe Series 1:

007: Leatherhead. Stands to scale with other figures at 8 inches. Jaw opens wide with spring-loaded action to reveal teeth. Also includes a punching action, and floats in water. His eyes can go from their normal color to a dreadful white. He even includes a detachable saddle for other figures to ride him as a mount.
008: Rahzar. Bony spikes can be removed from body to form sword blades for Rahzar to use or extended out to form cutting blades and armor. Jaw opens via a hinge joint. Includes his damaged human helmet. Also has a little FISHYBJORN carrier for Fishface (or other villains if one is so inclined) with a 5mm post to mount weapons on.

Series 2:
009: Fishface. Retool of Nick Fishface. Jaw opens with spring-loaded action. Elbows, knees, and ankles are now articulated. Includes vacuum-metallized swords.
010: April O'Neil. Press back of head for light-up eyes. Includes fan blade that can extend outwards to form a shield, and then closed to form a trap. Also includes a bo staff and a Don plush.
011: Casey Jones. Simple redeco of the Nick version. Might have more accessories.
012: Slash. Constricts into a ball using spring-loaded action. Includes spiked mace, Nasty Nunchuckau, Sinister Sai, and flip-out claw gauntlets.
013: Metalhead. Arms can be switched with weapons for a variety of armaments. Includes hidden guns in various places on his body, which can be revealed for Attack Mode. Includes 3 firing missiles and light-pipe eyes.
014: Dark Leo. Includes flip-out claw blade, Karai plush, cloth scarf, and Foot rubsign.

Deluxe Series 2:

015: Newtralizer. Firing gun gauntlet, fully-painted weapons belt, Kraang-chomping action (complete with a helpless victim), and two visors; one for the toy and one for you.

Series 3:

016: Alopex. Includes weaponry (shruikens, smoke bombs, dagger) and rooted hair.
017: Foot Soldier. Retool of Nick Foot. Includes weapons and armor. Comes in black, purple, or red.

Warriors of the Forgotten Sewer:
018: Dwarf Barbarian Raphael. Includes chopping action, storage shell, and battle axe.
019: Elf Thief Michaelangelo. Includes launching bow and arrows.
020: Wizard Donatello. Includes storage shell action and wand.
021: Knight Leonardo. Includes slashing blade/power punch action, armor, and sword.
022: Sir Malachi. Has light-up eyes and firing staff.
023: Princess April. LE Chase figure. Includes an original-design dress.

Some cool ideas here. Not really likely that any of these will actually happen I think. I'd be most interested in larger characters in scale, as you mentioned with Leatherhead, and a decent Slash would make my day.

You should do Bebop, Rocksteady, and Triceratons for Wave 6!

These sound great. Except Karai. No idea how that would look good.

I wish Playmates would do this as Hasbro was smart with the Generations line just for collectors. But Playmates are cheap bastards so they won't do that.
