Italian film producer, he worked with Sergio Leone, Bernardo Bertolucci, Federico Fellini, Pier Paolo Pasolini during the 60s, 70s and 80s. In 2002 he came back to produce Scorsese's Gangs of New York and received an Oscar nomination. Born in Naples (Italy) he died at 95 in Miami on 23 January 2021.
