Party Wagon and the Super7 TMNT group on FB is where I've been seeing posts.

Also, finally got around to opening GitD Wingnut. Fun figure, but man did they drop a lot of accessories and paint applications on him - no cape, no alternate head, no extra hands. And they dropped an entire paint app from the render - he was supposed to have yellow, metallic blue, light blue, regular blue and white. Screwloose got especially burned by the paint reduction.

The joints on Mike and Leo have me worried a bit, granted most of my Super7 figures turn out fine for the most part as I don't get them immediately or in the first batch of release.

I also hope they complete the set with Heavy Metal Raph. Super7 has a tendency to make 3 of a set, which is beyond frustrating.

I’m super worried about Heavy Metal Raph because Kyle is on the record saying he hates the look of the vintage toy because it didn’t live up to the name “heavy metal” and is instead full Glam Rock.

I really hope he's not that dense. If it's such an issue they should just call it Glam Rock Raph.

Also, is it known why Super7 dropped Four Horsemen Studios, were they too expensive? They had the greatest fidelity to the Playmates line when they still had Four Horsemen onboard. They still capture the look from time to time but the details and wash appear softer.

or it could be that PizzaFace is a "stereo-type" character and because Kyle works mostly for a woke company so he's offended by it. I see people crying over MOTU Jitsu being stereotypical oriental and looking chinese . That is the charm of these characters. Nothing will ever beat the 70's and 80's toys.

Oh no, I must have missed that interview. Heavy Metal Raph was my favorite of the old music turtles. I hope they end up making him at least somewhat faithfully. They did the ReAction version, didn't they?

That's actually a good point, in other words, Ultimates of Heavy Metal Raph, Chromedome and Napoleon should not have any foreseable roadblocks, well, in theory.

When I suggested a name change I meant keep his look, just give him a more accurate name. These guys do not need a look change.
