I have discovered that... if you lightly fry slices of bread in olive oil (45 seconds on each side)... then roll them in powdered sugar... then top them with blackberry preserves and put then in a toaster oven on the low setting for 2 minutes, you can closely approximate a jelly donut.
F*cking fantastic! |

I believe even at 35-40 you can eat what you want BUT it needs to be healthy stuff, that's the trick. All kind of fruits, vegetables, meat, pasta, eggs, milk, cheese. I know you Americans love greasy, buttery and oily fried stuff. Well, you should avoid those at all ages. Peanut butter killed Elvis, right? You should learn from the King, my friends. Don't eat junk, there's so much healthy food you can enjoy! |

I think a lot of people become more health aware as they get older and might eat a little less junk, however so far as having any at all, only when I can no-longer eat take out pizza with stuffed crust (and get a side order of the wonderful garlic sauce made by the place I order from) will I no-longer have it, till then, very nice treat to have
(though admittedly I don't go overboard on the amount pizza when I have it) Last edited by newfan; 11-11-2020 at 12:37 PM. |

This here.
Does that count as healthy? Sorta? A little? lol I try to eat a little healthier these days, but as I don't like to cook I admit that so much of it is frozen or out of a can. Spoiler:

Had a lot of sauce left over from my ravioli yesterday and didn't want to waste it, so dinner right now is pretty much just toast and that sauce. Don't judge. lol
And probably an antacid chaser. Because yes, being in that age group, that's the one thing that has changed, acidic stuff like the pasta sauce don't sit as well as it used to. Quote:
I'd buy it more often but my Walmart doesn't carry it and only one I see it at is expensive Acme. |

How odd, the Walmart over here has tons of those BUT they stopped stocking the broccoli in cheese sauce, and I can't really handle it plain.

My diet this week (and almost every week) has been:
Pizza Chinese Food (chicken with broccoli and fried rice) Popeyes chicken Burger King Subway sandwiches (turkey and swiss) McDonald's KFC Hot Dogs Tuna Fish And lots and lots of cookies, chips, soda, cereal and chocolate bars. I've basically eaten like this since I was a teenager and I only weight 130 pounds. It's funny no matter how much I eat I never gain weight. |

I'm trying this vegan styled apple pie for a dessert right now. Just might be able to fit into my macros today. It's delicious.

I never get sick. So I must eat fast, and digest fast. I drink like 3-4 cans of Coca Cola or Pepsi a day.

I hope you learn to improve your diet. What is the state of your teeth? And do you know that soda consumption is an incredible predictor of cancer? My god. I'm gaining weight just replying to you. My god!

Don't root for this guy.
He's gonna be like my father-in-law, who drinks gallons of cheap beer every day and refuses to die even though he deserves it and all his friends drank themselves to death years ago. Some people are handed every advantage in life and are immune to anything bad ever happening to them no matter what they do, and that's just the way it is. They don't need your support, they're fine. Root for people who actually have problems, not people who never have or will have any.

Soda isn't bad. They wouldn't let kids drink it if it were. There's a reason McDonald's, Burger King, etc. include soft drinks (which are soda) in kids meals. Sure it's bad for your teeth, but if you get a filling you're fine again.
Soda is nowhere on the level of alcohol or cigarrettes. |

Some people are only around to make people who struggle all pissed off, waving their life of privilege in everyone's face. People like that, nothing bad EVER happens to. He'll be fine. Although if he DOES get gut cancer I'm gonna laugh, like, SO hard. Just sayin'. Quote:
