Turtle Pie RECIPE

Ok guys heres the recipe some of you have been asking about.

CRUST

2 cups flours
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening ( softened )
1/2 cup cold water

vanilla pudding filling

1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups whole milk
2 egg yolks
2 tsp butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

glaze

2 cups powder sugar
1/4 cup dry milk
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 shortening
1/4 milk
green food die

for the crust

1. stir salt into flour
2. cut shortening until dough texture is like peas
3. add water stir until ball forms

filling

whisk all ingredients together microwave 1 minute then stir continue to microwave a minute at a time until mixture thickens

glaze

add all ingredients in to a pot stir bring to a boil
reduce to a low simmer and let simmer 5 minutes

ok now you want to divide the dough into ten balls

roll each a circle fill with 1/4 cup or less of filling and crimp edges

deep fry at 375 for 4 minutes

when pies are still warm cover with glaze

I was facepalming not because the sweater sucks but because i thoutgh i saw eveything with TMNT logo on it, but first there was a sweater and now that:

What's next? Tampons? TMNT - Special Edition Chainsaw?

That hockey game is killer. I always wanted it as a kid but couldn't afford it, and by the time I could afford it, stores no longer carried it. Perhaps 5 years ago I scored one, complete, on eBay for somewhere around $60. I saw a MISB one selling for $100+ on eBay earlier this week.

I have the table hockey here- with no pucks

was thinking about selling the "rink" but it is so big I couldnt imagine the cost and hassle of sending it! still a very cool toy though- shredder & casey as goalies

gotta love it!
