Michelangelo on a skateboard eating pizza with a goofy expression, boy. If ever there was an image that immediately stirs up annoyance in me, it's that right there. Every time. That image is the antithesis of the soul of TMNT and is just pure McTMNT™.

I love Dan Mora and that's a well-constructed few pages. I usually stay away from crossovers, but it's possible I read this one.

We knew Krang would be involved based on the references to him and where Shredder and Rita Repulsa escaped to, but Lord Zedd was not. I am quite pleased to see him take on the TMNT!

So while the series still continues to be the “best of TMNT filtered through an 87 lens” I like that Rat King gives off this IDW kind of vibe.

Only issue right now is that this feels like a retread but instead of Tommy going rogue, it’s Casey.

Is this Ranger format that Casey is given suppose to be a pre-existing ranger? I know IDW went wild with new rangers so I was wondering if it's one of those or completely new for this story. One thing I am sure gets tiring to PR fans is all the evil rangers be it free will (Drakkon) or by brainwashing.

Ranger X is brand new. And yeah, Boom comic has a tendency of over doing it in the power sets. This year we had:

Squadron team (which uses Dairanger)
Andros from in space
Deathranger
Now Ranger X

Granted this year doesn’t feel as swamped as it usually does since either these rangers are to side content or barely characters. PR’s comics has many other problems now.

I enjoyed the first one, I'm in on the second and I hope they release more figures because hasbro did a good job with the last ones. Also rip Tommy, the best ranger.

I had discusison with one of my friends and he told me that after i have fought so many super heroes like Batman Power rangers, ghost busters. He suggested me to team up with more bad guys. He said what about.. Mum-RA? He has 4 alien henchmen that he calls mutants(but they are not real mutants they are aliens). a fox, frog, monkey, and a vulture. Then i told him that after Joker betrayed me i must be very careful about whose i ally with. What do you think? Mumra is not to be trusted i believe as he has betrayed his henchmen many times. Here he is. https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/th...20140322205547 He is nothing compared to me as iam 1000 times more powerful than him but if i can use him and his4 henchmen against the turtles then why not.

Can any one help with when does the first mini series take place within the IDW time line (and the second mini too).

The MMPR and Batman crossovers are not part of the IDW continuity.
