jk. Can anybody recommend a good place to stay that affordable??? I am traveling from Ohio and do no know the area well.

It's not a huge tourist zone so I imagine hotels and airbnbs are pretty cheap. I think it takes place in a hotel as well and maybe they offer a discount to guests, worth investigating.

Thanks for the info I tried to check the hotel where the convention is actually at and they are booked full

Hopefully I can find a cheap motel 6!

I was going to, but unfortunately I had to cancel my trip due a sickness within my family....

I haven't seen Kevin for a few years. Is it still first one free, $25 for each additional?? If so seems kinda steep...theres a gazillion items signed by him.

That’s the way he’s done it when I’ve seen him but it’s been a few years. He signs the first for free with little head sketch but other items are signed with name only for $25. It keeps his lines moving. Bring kids with you if you want more head sketches with your autos. Lol

Is anyone going to Granite Con? The voice cast plus great art talent is a pretty big draw. I was def going to go for Saturday but now debating if the 35th Anniversary Shellabration the night before is also worth it. $75 is pricey though for no autographs or selfies allowed. Anyone else attending that event who knows more details?

Yeah I’m going to the Shellebration and then GraniteCon on Saturday. Kevin Eastman has asked a few Tmnt online groups (one of which I belong to) to donate to the Shellebration. From what I understand, people who bought tix will be able to buy raffle tix and/or bid on different Tmnt packages. I’m guessing Kevin, Steve and others will be donating items as well.
It will be emceed by Peyton Holland (Tmnt fan/motivational speaker) and all proceeds will go to a Sea Turtle fundraiser.

Wow not a single TMNT panel at NYCC this year (unless you count the general IDW panel). I remember last year's Rise panel had embarrassingly low attendance for being on the Main Stage, wonder if that played a factor.

I guess Eastman will be in attendance at least? Any other noteworthy TMNT stuff at NYCC that anyone is aware of?

Kevin does at least the first item free and then I think it's $25 for anything after. If you are part of his Fan Club and bring your badge this table offers discounts on whatever merch they have.

Ok awesome! Thank you! I'm hoping to meet him at the Lexington Con in March and I'm trying to figure out my budget? So other than extra signatures, theres no fee typically for him?

Any info on Frank Fosco? I'd love to have him sign my copy of issue 1 of the Image run while I'm there.

Really, thank you. If it weren’t for you guys, I wouldn’t have known that Kevin Eastman would be at the Lexington Comic Con. It was an awesome experience and now I have a poster that was personally signed by him.
