I’m looking for the foot soldiers and can’t find them anywhere. But our Walmart still has the Saki/Yoshi 2 packs, so it may be awhile before we see anything new.

Honestly, more than anything, I'm baffled as to why they'd pair Perry up with HIMSELF. Like... couldn't they have paired the two Perrys up with other characters? Buying a 2-pack where both figures are the SAME character just rubs me the wrong way.

I wish they had done that with the two Keno variants too.

Was anyone else not able to get a read from Trevor on the latest Fwoosh video when it came to talking about future 1990-related characters about what they're at with Tatsu? It still feels like that's dead in the water, huh?

Wow, the Professor got here so fast! Loved the way he turned out and being able to add more to little world-building for TMNT II.
Orange-suit test site Professor is good too, but might keep him stored for the time being.

Hmmm, at this point, I think the only notable additions they could crank out are a Paige Turco April and, of course, Tatsu. But part of me worries that Judith Hoag might have stipulated something to keep her as the sole April of the line (not that there's any definite proof of that, but so many people saying it does have me a little worried), and the whole thing with Tatsu seems to be up in the air, despite someone claiming to be his son (was that confirmed for certain?) was in contact with NECA.
I think really the only thing beyond those 2 that could be done is maybe... MAYBE Chief Sterns and Charles Pennington, buuuuuut... I dunno. How well is the Prof. Perry 2-pack doing? Last I checked, it was still available on NECA's site, despite already shipping out (and I'm constantly debating with myself on whether or not to get it, because I really don't want 2 Perrys, only the labcoat one). And the TMNT 3 2-packs of the 4 brothers are at Walmart now, but they've kinda been pegwarming, which is a bit odd considering how quickly NECA figures of the 4 brothers usually tend to sell. Then again, this is TMNT 3... What do you guys think? Could the line be coming to a close? I really was hoping we'd at least get Paige Turco April and possibly Tatsu. The upcoming Judith Hoag in a yellow jumpsuit is kind of a weird addition, though I guess it might open the door to more movie what-if figures (I wouldn't say no to what-if movie interpretations of Bebop and Rocksteady... or other notable characters, for that matter).

Just throwing this out there - Super7 Ultimates Bebop and Rocksteady look great next to the NECA movie characters

Contrary to popular (and systematically misguided) opinion, the Michael Bay designs would make for some stellar NECA figures (anyone who checked out the Threezero/Hot Toys/Prime 1 figures can testify that they look glorious in toy format). And while some people may not like the movies, NECA Bay figures (including 1/4 scale) may still have considerable shelf presence (as can be said of Tokka, Rahzar, mutagen tour or the TMNT III samurai turtles). In general, there's been unnecessary Bay bashing, and in retrospect, a bit hypocritical considering how far Mutant Mayhem strayed from the "formula" (not that there is a formula as there's been a ton of TMNT expressions/iterations/interpretations over the years, as is the case with Batman multiverse etc.) Next Mutation is another possibility but will likely only exist as an exclusive 5-pack without any expansion into the universe. Tatsu is still my number one most-wanted movie figure though. Gosh, I hope that happens. I still have yet to see any TMNT III sets in the wild in St. Louis and part of me wonders if that's also because everyone got their VHS sets on time so there was no crazy rush to get to them, unlike TMNT SOTO. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if we see new versions of the 1990 TMNT at some point too. Quote:
Truthfully, I always thought Judith was a much more attractive April. Her April always felt real/believable to me and not "insert actress here." Judith still looks great too!

Come on, guys, it's not about which April is "hotter". Both actresses played the part, so both should get figures, and Paige Turco played the part twice, even, but so far we're getting, like, what? 4 different figures of Judith Hoag as April? And yet no sign of Paige Turco April anywhere. It just doesn't seem right to me. I'm sure she'd be fine with it, too, since she allowed them to make a toy of her back in the Playmates days for TMNT 3. Has anyone ever asked a NECA representative in any interview or just at some convention somewhere about Paige Turco?
