Comic Artist Tim Sale Dead at 66

Tim Sale was rushed to the hospital three days ago with an unrevealed medical emergency and lead to his passing this afternoon.

It must have been suddenly because he was slated to appear at Heroes Con next week!

We lost Neal Adams unexpectedly then George Prez unfortunately expectedly, and now Tim Sale unexpectedly. A DC fan of yesteryear is really hurting.

All these famous people dying in their 60's is giving me the heebie jeebies. Everyone should be living to 80 at the minimum.

"Most of them got the vaxx."

I mean SOMEONE was gonna say it, I figure let's just get it out of the way.

I almost said it but then the haters would have come out. Lol.

But he had just recently gotten the booster, "suddenly" got sick & went into the hospital. Fauxci killed another great.

Let's please not make this political. The art you show doesn't look like his unique style anyway.

I am glad that he was able to give us a last hurrah with The Long Halloween Special putting a cap on his masterful work with Jeph Loeb. I was truly hoping to get my copy signed by him at Heroes Con next week.

I have all three Legends of the Dark Knight specials, a set of The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, and Spider-Man
: Blue. All excellent and among my favorite modern age stories.

It's 1987. His life is politics, it seems.

Does he even like TMNT..? Aside from the 1987 username, which might not even be an actual reference to the Fred Wolf cartoon, I've never seen him mention the Ninja Turtles or discuss it...or anything aside from politics.

If he did indeed die of the vaxx/booster, it really is political. But those art pieces don't look like his, could have been his original art with the propaganda added to it...

I adore his work on The Long Halloween. Don't care much for the story, but I can read that comic for the art.

Only because the powers at be made it political.

I do have to say, nothing will ever get accomplished if every time there's a chance someone died due to the vax or booster, everyone is quick to hush it up and sweep it under the rung. Like how many more people do we need to die before everyone finally wakes up?

I keep asking my pro-vaxx fools I know this same question but they all seem either inclined to believe its still safe despite mountains of evidence or just don't care that they could be next & want everyone else to suffer with them...
