Earning coins is tough... Haha. I'm not buying anything with mine in hopes that they add LH to the line-up. I would imagine he'd be around the price of Dogpound... That will not be easy to reach.

That would imply that the coins are non transferable across iOS devices.
Unless, I guess, you go in through the game center.

coins do not transfer. im playing the game on 3 diff devices. only thing that transfers are game center achievements.

That's good to know.
I have devices that I keep here at home and others that I keep at the office. I cant be bothered carrying them back and forth, and with cloud tech, there's no need - anyways...
Looks like I will aim to get enough coin on each device and simply run eachwith different characters. That is, if I can ever improve in the game enough to get enough coins.

Well, I've had it crash a couple times after the second tap/fight scene. Otherwise the graphics are awesome and the gameplay is silky smooth. Also, it is not an easy game...for me anyway.

I like the controls a lot. They don't put buttons on the screen to act like a controller, which is nice!

Thanks, that was helpful. I think I will get it. Every time I read that someones game crashes no matter what game it is, it never seems to crash on my iPhone.

Its pretty fun. They're probably going to add more characters at some point, like maybe Splinter, Fishface and even Shredder?

I was so excited! I passed area 3, then got to the boss and lost.

(Maybe it wasn't the boss...I haven't gotten further than that yet). I say it like that without naming characters because I don't want to be too bad of a spoiler for those who want to find out themselves. This game is way above my expectations for an iPad game.

I've only unlocked my first character after leo -Donatello.
Its a great game on the ipad mini, finding it difficult though. My PB is only like 500m.
Still have some way to go on this game.
Addictive as hell and the gfx are good too.
Would like more of a free to roam game but I do love this.
can't wait for the other game coming out over the summer for PS3

Is there some secret to racking up tons of currency that I'm not getting? It is hard as hell to earn enough for upgrades.

And no, spending real money on it doesn't count in my book

Unfortunately, I think that's just it... They want us to spend money.

I'd arrived at the same conclusion.
They've made it too difficult to earn money, but the developers are releasing updates soon apparently so i hope they make it easier to get in cash.
I spend enough on the four green guys as it is without spending on apps
