Chicken Soup

Last week, I made a big Dutch pot over rich vegetable soup: spicy hot low sodium V8 juice instead of water; diced tomatoes; celery; white kidney beans; green beans; carrots; onions; olive oil; vegetable broth; oregano and basil. VERY good soup, especially on a cold January day.

Anyway, I still have some leftover ingredients and some other stuff and I want to make a good chicken noodle soup low sodium. I still have large chicken breasts; celery; carrots; onions. Does anyone here know of a good chicken noodle soup recipe and what ingredients I'm missing? It's suppose to be VERY bitterly cold early next week and a good healthy soup would be great.
