Got this awesome The Tick board game for a $10 donation to an after school program my mom runs... It was too complicated for the kids, so this way they can buy a different game that they enjoy more! It looks to be complete, so I'm very happy. I'll have to get my husband to play it with me...

RE: Damian, I have this one from the Batman Incorporated line:
I'm excited for Son of Batman but I don't like the look of those other Damian figures one bit. Especially the Lil Gotham one, the art style in that serious is HIDEOUS. Damian looks like an 80yo man who dyed his hair to look like a kid, just uck. I paid well above retail for my Damian figure, which sucked, but I'm confident there will never be a better figure of him, which makes me very sad. But at least it was a worthy investment. While I'd much prefer the Batman Inc Damian, I'm not paying his current going rate. I'll settle (for now) for the Son of Batman version. But either of the two I posted are substantially more suitable to the character than the upcoming DCU musclebound/full 6 inch figure. He's a child, but they're using a standard sized hero buck for the base mold.
I'd like a Damian that has a short stature close to the 3 we posted, but with his actual hood up. |

Just bought a Hot Toys die-cast War Machine 2. It's really awesome and heavy. It's not sideshow exclusive but I got a great deal on it. Highly recommend.

Okay, For LENT, I gave-up toy hunting (not sure if saying that will make it not happen...oh, wait, that's a wish when blowing-out birthday candles) but my MARDI GRAS figure I bought on AMAZON.com came a few days later (and it's cheaper with free shipping, about $12 instead of $15 at store) was the MASHER's HULK: He's ALMOST TMNT, since he's GREEN and a warrior.
But...I don't consider VIDEO GAMES to be in the same category, so if you see anything from me before Easter it will be Video Game stuff.

A few pick-ups added to Instagram...
A local seller sold me a few OOP figures and Marvel Universe Wolvies for great prices, so I made up a quick advert for him. (Fearsome Foes Lizard, X-Men Classics Storm & Astonishing Wolvie.) Also picked up Select Anti-Venom, as I'd passed on it for too long. Aside from those, just a few Legends for now.

Picked up several Marvel Legends from a local seller for a great deal. Saves me a lot of time & energy, although there's several more I want to acquire.
(Instagram link for pics in sig.) Also have a batch waiting for me at my uncle's place in NY that I can't wait to get my hands on. * Bishop (variant) * Captain America * Cyclops (variant) * Human Torch * Iron Fist (variant) * Juggernaut * Loki * Logan (Legendary Riders) * Omega Red * Mr. Sinister * Storm (white variant) * Astonishing Wolverine (unmasked) * X-23 Also, finally caved and picked up the Play Arts Dark Knight Joker... don't know why I passed for so long, looks great!

Nice I need to pick me up some of the older MLs sometime.
Right now all I care about is pre-ordering the Guardians of the Galaxy series though! Waiting anxiously for somewhere to put it up for order. I don't know what the deal is with Hasbro but they are terrible at getting their ML figures onto shelves in proper numbers. Gonna just order a full set this time T__T |

Couldn't agree more... I'd rather preorder a full set when purchasing any wave from now on, as running to and from stores, while great fun, has been a tad exhausting. Especially after the Cap and Spidey waves.

Awesome to hear Zulithe! I'm seeing the Legends all over this month... which makes me realize how impatient I was.
My Masterpiece YOTH Optimus arrived today! At work, so no pic 'til later.

Apologies for the large pictures Spoiler:
Spoiler:
Can't wait to pick up Brienne of Tarth and Jaime Lannister when wave 2 hits.

Some hauls from the past few weeks that I hadn't gotten around to posting because of a combination of laziness and my previous laptop charger LITERALLY going up in smoke:
K'NEX Mario Kart Wii - Luigi Motorized Sprinter Kart Building Set (Ross) The Angry Beavers: The Final Season (Shout! Factory Site) Rocko's Modern Life: The Final Season (Shout! Factory Site) Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Official Fourth Season (Amazon) |

No joke! I ran myself ragged to find most of these waves. I've still ever only seen one Carnage on the shelf. 2 Black Cats, 1 Spider-Girl 0 Toxin, "Stealth" Cap, and Winter Soldier (got those 2 online) AND I CAN'T FIND BLACK WIDOW TO SAVE MY LIFE!!!! And I refuse to pay what the scalpers are asking for online. $60+ for a ML figure. Piss off!

I'll be posting these to Instagram but what the hell, I'll post 'em here too. Marvel Legends 5 Pack & Series III Magneto (since it looks different, I picked up the original) and very special thanks to 'TMNT82' for selling me these 2004 SDCC She-Ra's. My wife was super excited when I surprised her with them. She still has her original but I think she likes this one much more now.
