Just listening to some stuff about this, but it sounds like it confirms Lee Harvey Oswald was on some kind of CIA watch list. Some people take this to mean it could be evidence that he may have been recruited by them to kill JFK (and apparently there is some specific language in there that points to recruitment), others take it to mean no such thing as he was flying all over the world to China, Russia, etc., so why wouldn't he be on a CIA watch list.
So not much, really. Though I guess more is still coming?

At the very least, someone who is on the all-powerful CIA's watch list for 4 years doesn't then go on to kill The President without their foreknowledge.
The life and motivations of the late James Jesus Angleton, the man who put Lee Harvey Oswald on the CIA watchlist should be intensely scrutinised.
