Or in other words when I try to take off the head the neck is coming with it. How do you get just the head off?

What's a good price for extra foot soldiers? I looked on eBay and the prices seemed high.

My replacement Shredder figure just showed up (no notice) a few days ago. For all the complaining I've done about NECA, they did (finally) come through. So I've figured I owed them this, at least.

My replacement heads showed up today, I needed 3 of the turtles and a new foot soldier head, to my surprise they sent me another complete foot soldier which made the wait totally worth it.
