I don't agree with Raph's voice being good. He sounded quite old for a teenager. And yes, he needed to lay off the smokes.

Nothing wrong with him having a New Yorker accent, though. Movie 1 Raph had a better voice than 4Kids Raph, imo.

Simply put, yes. It is. It's no doubt the best TMNT cartoon in terms of writing, characters, action and storytelling.

To be fair, non of the turtles voices in any incarnation ever had them sounding like teenagers.
