I'm all-in on the belief that most collectors should send the extra Lab back to NECA.

All the way up until the situation was punctuated with strong threats by NECA. That's akin to Sideshow's s#!(bag tactics.

And so the best course of action? Send NECA their Lab's back to help them recover from their internal error. And then don't buy from them again. Ever.
