Yeah, it was very typical for this type of bootlegs to have more than one game at the same cartridge. There were even cartridges with like 50 or 60 games in one.

That's real, Stingray, and yeah TMNT Canadian, at least I think so. I know there were a buncha NES games for example that had more than 1 title on them but they may not have been officially licensed.
