If we have a general 'latest purchase' thread...I sure can't find it.

So because of that, I guess I'll post about them here.

Went out on a movie trip (Pacific Rim, woot!) with my girlfriend yesterday for our 5th anniversary, and she surprised me with an awesome t-shirt as a gift. I think she said it came from one of those one-day-only order sites like TeeFury, but it's got this design on it, and it is badass.

I also nabbed myself another TMNT shirt (this time an OT based one) from Wal-mart, but I can't find a picture of the thing anywhere, so I'll probably end up just having to take on myself.

Hey, I don't blame you! They actually look pretty cool.

I found them on TRU's website. Finding them in store may be another story, however.

EDIT: Just checked TRU's website, they don't come out until September 6th. Sorry about that.

If I still had my ninja turtles figures, I would post pictures of them, but thankfully I found this image online. With the exception of April, I had all these figures...and from these my collection grew.

The last figure I got in my youthful years was Leonardo wearing a silver armor...like a wolf. I forget the name/reason for this but the other turtles had it too (Donatello's was purple-like dragon armor)

If anyone knows what i'm talking about, I would appreciate it.

speaking of turtle basketball anyone have a picture of this basketball thing all set up? I saw this on ebay but it is not complete and i cant seem to find any pics of it anywhere.

I assume you are referring to the last picture you posted which was part of the Tower of Doom board game. If you are looking for photos, search for "Tower of Doom"

There's two likely candidates for the ones you described.

The Shogun Turtles released in 94 had the figures with vac metal coated armor. (Most came with either silver or gold armor and were available both ways)

There was also the Metal Mutants released in 95 which had the the four Turtles and Shredder with removable, vac metal armor.
