I thought it was pretty damn good and I hope Marlin is dead finally.
That big monster at the end was wicked looking.
I thought Jim's art in this issue was some of his better work in the series.
I know this isn't the last issue but I'm really going to miss tales.

Marlin appears to be dead....what with being eaten head first by Nessie.

Just picked this one up today.

I like it. I thought it was a fair follow-up to the EPIC Tales #50. Obviously, this issue doesn't come close to that one but a respectable effort nonetheless.

Nice little use of the biblical reference to Colossians 1:16-17:
Marlin: "What's wrong with you, man? Helping these abominations? It's the Devil's work!"
Solider: *quotes Colossians* "I am a man of God and do His bidding. Do not dare to judge me, heretic."

LOL, I never picked up that Marlin was a twisted religious zealot.

And yeah, Leo, Marlin must be the luckiest man alive... assuming he survived.

BTW, really liked that pin-up with the Turtles fighting both the Foot and the Utroms, even if the art was a little bit too busy to make out everything. Not a scene we see very often!

Hmm, I liked it. Leo's looks at Raph were pretty funny.

But I'm sick of the "don't stoop to his level" sh*t, that's so corny (Although Raph's comment was really funny).

I liked this issue, I really like Marlin

Spoiler:
and I'm sure he could just blast his way out of that dino.

Sadly with Tales going this'll probably be the end of the Marlin character along with it. He had some awesome potential.
