What is a "resign artist"? That sounds like a negative thing.

I think it must be a typo and is meant to say 'recent' as Gavin Smith was the main artist for issues 140 - 144.

Do you guys think other good guys in the room in TMNT Saturday Morning Adventures issue 13 synopsis refers to this Turtles from other universes?

I’m blown away that we are getting Chris Burnham on this book. Jason made it sound like we may be seeing more of him in the future. He’s one of the best talents in mainstream comics if you ask me. Sort of a cartoony style but I’m betting he’s going to try and capture that early Mirage flavor.

I'm still not sure what that black, white and green series actually is. Sounds like a collection of short stories from different writers/artists, it's part of the IDW universe, correct?
Also I can't believe they're still printing those pointless "Best of character" collections, it's just a total waste of reprints when all those issues have already been collected. You'd think they could continue the Tales V. 2 collections or start collecting Mirage Volume 4 finally but we're STILL waiting on those. |

Dang, is that what Lindsy mutated into? I can't wait for this one.

I wonder how many fans are willing to buy 5-6 issues every month or every other month.

To be fair only three are definitely ongoing - Volume 2, Mutant Nation and Nightwatcher.
Not yet sure about BWG being part of the IDW main continuity. |

I’ll be picking up TLR and the Jason Aaron book. If both are good I’m going to be a very happy TMNT fan.

Also, I thought Nightwatcher was a miniseries, but it's an ongoing? These are questionable choices. I learned that I don't need to get everything thanks to the dismal depths of furry fanfiction Campbell took the main title. Considering it desperately needed a jolt to bring it back to life Mutant Nation and Nightwatcher are not necessary. We are already skeptical to pick up the new main title let alone anything like those. I might just stick with Saturday Morning Adventures.

Yeah this is where I get confused, there's:
#1 which is the new main ongoing Black White and Green (another ongoing?) Mutant Nation (another ongoing with Tom Waltz writing) Nightwatcher (I thought this was a mini, but apparently ongoing?) Turtles Alpha (a few one-shots I believe?) Karai mini-series (announced long ago) Turtle one-shots for Raph/Leo/Mike/Don etc. Besides Saturday Morning Adventures and The Last Ronin II which is even more comics coming out alongside the main series as well. I don't know how many people are actually going to buy most of this every month. |
