Can't decide for the others, but for Leo, shochu. Dunno why, just could picture him drinking something like that, or sake or umeshuu.

I guess for Mikey and Raph, beer.

For Donnie, I could see him drinking wines or mixed drinks, like cocktails.

Teas, sodas, beer, any other kind of alcoholic drinks, water, maybe milk. About the same stuff that we drink, for some on a regular basis. I doubt that nothing is new under the sun for the TMNT crew of humans, mutants, aliens, ect.

Oh yeah, it's a thing for them. There's a moment where Casey tells Don that cranberry juice is "like booze to Utroms".

It's in Tales of the TMNT #17.

(I like to think it's because they don't process sugar like humans can, so it just ferments in their gut becomes intoxicating)

Being Teenagers they would be underage to be drinking alcohol, not that anyone would actually care all that much. I can certainly see Casey and Raph chugging down a few cold ones that Casey is able to swipe from his nonexistent dad in the 2012 series. Or ones he buys with a fake ID, at least until he legally turns 21.

With the 2k3, Casey and Raph would be drinking buddies regardless.

Leo: I can see mostly drinking tea, on occasions maybe Almond milk with a little vanilla syrup. We do see him serving tea in one episode of the 2k12 series when he is talking with April and Splinter. And he makes April some tea in 2k3 series when April returns to consciousness after fainting.

Donnie: Definitely coffee since he tends to be a night owl, so he would want something to keep him awake and alert when he is busy with something. He will drink tea as well if that's what everyone else is having. Will indulge in some hot cocoa every so often.

Mikey: Sodas and energy drinks, and hot cocoa. The other turtles likely have to hide the hot chocolate simply so Mikey doesn't get into it.
