So after taking the toon foot soldier apart I was able to see how ingenious NECA’s design was as far as part swapping goes. So the general idea is using a bootleg shredder as the test subject was to cast a new head, forearms, and shoulder piece to convert the mirage shredder into a toon foot soldier. Eventually the pieces will be cast in their respective colors to avoid paint rub.

thats cool did it shrink after casting? what resin do you use or is it rubber ?

Nothing has shrunk during casting that’s just the perspective. Smooth on is what I’ve been working with.
