i don't mean to get off subject but on the cover of the Nintendo Power is the background of the World Trade Center. We will never forget 9/11.
And getting back on subject, I never did read this issue, but the images you have are awesome. Thanks.

I'd love to see those Genesis scans! Please share if you get around to scanning them!

Hmm, it's been a while since this thread has seen the light of day, but I was wondering if anybody got around to making some scans of the Nintendo Power issues?
Bigfoot? GK? ? Yeah, I'm a beggar, I know!

Didn't one of the issues in Nintendo Power have an advertisement of Ninja Turtles III: the Manhattan Project showing artistic drawings of the turtles doing their special moves? They were really good too. I think I posted an image of this and it was a big image...now i don't know if it's still posted or not.

Figured I'd post scans from the August 1989 issue.

Thanks, Weapon X, I appreciate it!
Wow, so much old school artwork. Most of the Turtles look ok, but that page with all the villains is kinda rough (not that the artist had much to go on, reference wise!). I really love those full maps that used to always show up in gaming magazines!
