Yes, that was an interesting book. I remember how I wanted to find all the "pre-surge" stuff pictured in the book and how impossible it was (until Ebay came around, that is)!

You might also say, it was the pre-surge in the sense that it predated the Ninja Turtles explosion of junk in the late 80s-early 90s and everybody from Playmates to Konami jumped on board the bandwagon.

so i wonder, just search Ebay for "pre-surge" stuff and see what comes up?

You'll be better off cross-referencing TMNT with "Dark Horse" and "Palladium," nothing actually bore the literal label of "pre-surge."

Not this issue, although I'm sure some other issues in the series would probably spot-light the Ghostbusters toyline.
